These Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the ex99 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the entire agreement between you and ex99 regarding your use of the platform. ex99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

To access the full range of ex99 services — including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and financial transactions — you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account use:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active ex99 account. Opening more than one account, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited.

When requested, you must provide one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address issued within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of bKash/Nagad wallet showing your registered mobile number and name, or a copy of the relevant card)
• Source of funds documentation where transactions exceed specified thresholds

• Transaction fees: ex99 does not charge fees on standard domestic deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ex99 accepts no responsibility.
• Source of funds: All funds deposited to ex99 must belong to you and must originate from a legitimate, lawful source. Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
• Dormant accounts: ex99 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to accounts that have had no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. You will be notified before any fee is applied.

ex99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated for each offer.
• Time limits: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated winnings not used within the stated timeframe will be forfeited automatically.
• One bonus per offer: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you have received a bet confirmation reference number. ex99 reserves the right to reject any bet for any reason, including but not limited to, incorrect odds, system errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. In-play odds may fluctuate rapidly and the odds at the time of bet placement will govern the payout calculation.
• Event cancellations: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion, ex99 reserves the right to void all bets on that event and return stakes to the players' accounts, subject to specific sport rules.
• Void bets: ex99 may void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, or where the outcome was already known at the time of placement ("past posting"). Voided bets result in the return of the stake to the player's account balance.
• Maximum payouts: Maximum payout limits apply per event and per player. These limits are published within the relevant sections of the platform. ex99 will not be obligated to pay winnings in excess of published maximum limits.
• Dispute resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding a settled bet, the player must contact ex99 support within seven (7) days of the event settlement. ex99's review of match data and settling decisions is final.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ex99 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any ex99 content
• Use any ex99 brand, logo, or trademark in any manner without prior written consent

• Interruption of service due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond ex99's control
• Unauthorised access to your account where reasonable security measures were not observed by you
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information published on the platform

ex99 makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted by law, ex99's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted.

In no event shall ex99's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ex99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of this agreement and should be read alongside these Terms.
